A searchable record of 99 UFC anti-doping sanctions, 110 post-fight commission medical suspensions, 88 confirmed injury withdrawals and 6,366 anti-doping testing entries across 1,348 fighters. Every entry is dated and linked to its source.
This page reproduces publicly reported regulatory and medical-administrative records. Every entry names the body that issued it. Anti-doping testing entries are counts of publicly reported test sessions and are not pass/fail results — a test session is not a positive test. Records are reproduced as published and are not medical advice.

Two different things, kept apart
An anti-doping sanction is a disciplinary finding: an athlete violated the UFC Anti-Doping Policy and accepted or was issued a period of ineligibility. It is a penalty.
A post-fight medical suspension is a routine precaution. A state commission issues one to almost every fighter after almost every bout — a cut above the eye produces a 60-day suspension, a knockout produces a mandatory rest period. It reflects no wrongdoing of any kind and is a normal part of competing.
These are listed separately throughout this section and are never combined into a single count.

Anti-doping sanctions — 99 disciplinary rulings from USADA and Combat Sports Anti-Doping, with substance and period of ineligibility.
Four independent categories of official public record, kept separate rather than blended:
Anti-doping sanction notices published by the relevant anti-doping authority, including the substance involved and the dates the period of ineligibility runs between.
State athletic commission event results, recording the post-fight medical suspensions issued after each card. The issuing commission is named on every entry.
Official UFC reporting of injury withdrawals, recorded only where a named fighter is explicitly linked to both an injury and a withdrawal.
Published anti-doping testing history. Yearly counts of reported test sessions per athlete. These are activity counts only. They are not pass/fail results and carry no implication of a violation.
Method
Records are reproduced from their sources with no editorial characterisation added. A record whose fighter cannot be matched to a profile in the fighter database is excluded rather than displayed against an unidentified athlete. Where a record has been reviewed by hand, the entry states its verification status and evidence tier.
